The PR director will be in charge of all media coverage leading up to the 4 main CFF events in addition to PR events throughout the year. They will also handle post event coverage. CFF is looking for a strong and experienced PR person to take on this role. This role will work cross functionally with the directors of social media, events and sponsorship.
>>>> Director of Membership:
Oversees and facilitates membership activities in support of the organization.
Responsibilities include: 1. Developing and implementing a short- and long-term
Strategy to recruit new and retain existing members and recommend member-targeting
initiatives to increase membership numbers. 2. Coordinate, manage and track all membership
and renewals; maintains membership database. 3. Keeps up-to-date records on every member,
past and present. 4. Works with the Sponsorship Chair and other board members to negotiate membership benefits, as needed.
>>>> Membership Coordinator:
Supports and assists the membership manager in executing membership correspondence.
Responsibilities include: 1. Developing and distributing pertinent membership information to members on a regular basis including: new members’ “Welcome” letters, expiration notifications, and membership offerings. 2. Helping the manager maintain the
membership database (i.e. removes and updates membership records). 3. Assisting with other membership –related activities as needed.
>>>> Director of Events:
The events director will need to plan, strategize and execute the 4 main CFF events annually. They will also lead the execution on incremental events that are added. This includes developing a yearly event strategy and creating new events that will build the CFF brand, as well as eliminating events that do not add value. CFF is looking for an experienced and creative person who is able to put together fashion forward events. This role will work cross functionally with the directors of sponsorship and membership.
